Kraken Ichiban only hosts the other vendors, giving them a platform to sell their products online. If you have questions about a product you’ve purchased from one of our vendors, you can contact them directly or write us at

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! In accords to the United States and Canada’s, as well as the receiving country’s import/ export Laws.

What are your shipping timeframes?

Orders are usually shipped the following day unless it’s a weekend. If there is a variance, you will be notified. You will receive a tracking number with each purchase.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Due to the specialized nature of products sold at, all sales are final. Variant cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case bases.
