What shipping service do you use?

All our shipping is done through UPS.

What happens when I buy something from another vendor?

Kraken Ichiban only hosts the other vendors, giving them a platform to sell their products online. If you have questions about a product you’ve purchased from one of our vendors, you can contact them directly or write us at support@krakenichiban.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! In accords to the United States and Canada’s, as well as the receiving country’s import/ export Laws.

What are your shipping timeframes?

Orders are usually shipped the following day unless it’s a weekend. If there is a variance, you will be notified. You will receive a tracking number with each purchase.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Due to the specialized nature of products sold at KrakenIchiban.com, all sales are final. Variant cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case bases.

How do I become a sponsored content creator?

We have an application available that you may fill out and submit to  Marketing@Krakenichiban.com that will be available soon!

How do I become a vendor?

Go to our Become A Vendor page and complete the application form. We will review your application and get back to you in 24-48 hours!
